This cut throat razor has a 11/16” hollow ground blade.

It has Black Celluloid scales with a cream spacer
& the C & S Logo raised on the scales.

Engraved on the tang are the words
“Crown & *word Trade Mark Made in Germany”

On the reverse is “ERN 1166”

On the blade there is
“Crown & *word Extra Hollow Ground Wald-Solingen”

Note! The full name is not used because of eBay’s filtering system
which stops some people from bidding.

Condition.

Case. Original Case, poor condition, water damage.

Razor.  I have Cleaned the razor & it has left some pitting on the top part of the blade front

& spine towards the tip. Heavy pitting to the last ¼” of the tang. The hone wear is light,

less than .5mm but a little toe heavy. Not shave ready.

Cleaning of the razors.
The razors are cleaned using a rotary wire brush & polished using several grades of paste.

The scales are also polished. If the edges have any chips or flea-bites these are honed out.

They are not sold as shave ready.
