Return policy details:  Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt of goods and only if this has been agreed with me via email first. You are responsible for any shipping costs to send the item(s) back. Item(s) should be well packaged and sent via recorded delivery or standard parcel. Any refunds exclude any ebay, Paypal, P&P fee's I've incurred. I reserve the right to add a re-stocking fee upto 25%. I am not liable for any refund charges from Paypal or shipping you might incure.

Refunds are only accepted if the items return undamaged and include all parts as shipped. If the item needs to be tested this can take up to 28 days from when the item(s) is returned.

I cannot accept responsibility if the item was damaged by yourself or during postage or transportation and have no obligation to refund you. If you wish to make a claim with Royal Mail or similar services because of damage please keep the orginal packaging and if possible a digital photograph as proof of how it arrived. I can prove proof of posting or record delivery slips if required.

I do not sell items on a try before you buy basis. I'll provide limited support for items sold if e.g electronics or computer equipment but you make sure its compatible / suitable before bidding. All items are sold as working unless specified in the advert and will be tested before shipping. I do not have replacement stock on items as I'm not a retailer, just a ebayer.
