Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on perishable items if a perishable item arrives damaged then we will replace it free of charge

We at The Cake Decorating and Party Shop are confident that you will be happy with your purchase(s) but if for any reason you wish to return an item we provide a 7 day period starting from the day after the item(s) are delivered in which you can return your purchase. You must notify a member of staff with your order number and item you wish to send back before returning it to us. All items must be returned in a saleable, Non- opened condition. No items which are edible or to be used to decorate a cake can be returned opened. Ie: cake kits. A refund will then be issued within 30 days.

Postage, packing and returns postage are direct costs and we regret that they cannot be refunded. (applicable only if the item isn't damaged or faulty)

If items are received damaged then we must be contacted within 48 hours of delivery to discuss what is wrong with the item(s). The damaged item(s) will need to be returned to us with all the original packing and parts. Postage costs incurred by the customer in order to send it back to us will be refunded. A replacement will then be sent out (subject to stock availability) or if not available then a refund will be given which will include the postage cost originally paid by the customer. Refunds will be issued within 30 days.

If the product is to be returned due to packing error, administration error or if the item is faulty you are entitled to a full refund within 7 days. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. 

Incorrectly ordered or unwanted goods 
Must be returned within 7 days of the date of receipt to be eligible for a refund. Returning of items is the responsibility of the customer who is liable for the cost of returns. The customer must ensure all reasonable care is taken to ensure the safe return of items and in their original packaging where appropriate. If the item(s) returned come in sealed packs, these must be unopened.

We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit that are returned to us. It is your responsibility to return the item(s) to us, we therefore recommend that you send the package by Recorded / Special Delivery
