Payment for auction items should be made as soon as possible following the end of an auction, ideally within 24 hours and definately no later than 48 hours.

If we receive cleared payment before 4pm on mondays, tuesdays, wednesdays, thursdays or fridays, we will usually dispatch goods that day or possibly the following day at busy times.

Goods paid for after 4pm on fridays and over weekends will usually be dispatched the following monday or possibly tuesday at busy times.

If you require urgent delivery please make us aware of this and will do our best to meet your needs.

Please note that due to the nature and high value of most of our goods, we only dispatch via Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery (Airsure or International Signed For Delivery for International Sales).

These services require a signature on delivery and cost a little more than Standard 1st or 2nd Class Mail but ensure that in the event of a parcel being lost or stolen, your goods are insured and can be replaced or your money refunded.

 We do not make a profit on postage costs and we do not make any charge for packaging. The  prices we quote are the actual postage fees charged by the Post Office or Carrier to deliver your items to you. 

We respectfully request valued customers not to give us low feedback scores for charges which are beyond our control.

Please note that in the unlikely event of a parcel going missing, some carriers wait up to 20 working days before confirming loss and liabilty. Under these circumstances we are unable to replace or refund untill we have confirmation from them. Such circumstances are rare when using secure insured for services.

Please note that our goods are sold on a non returnable basis. We are careful to accurately describe and photograph all items. If you require any additional information about any of our listings, please contact us before making your decision and commitment to buy.

We are required by Law to accept returns, if necassary, of goods purchased via Buy It Now. Under these rules we must be informed of your decision to return goods within 7 days of you receiving them. Goods must be returned within 14 days of delivery using Recorded Delivery, Special Delivery or Airsure depending on the value of the goods purchased and the customers location. Under these circumstances we only refund the price paid for the goods plus original postage and packaging, we do not refund the cost of return postage/shipping fees.
