It is in very good condition and comes in a box but not the original one. I think this ring is a Size Q or R . There are also 5 Hallmark Stamps inside the ring. It has 5 Ameythst's on the ring and diamonds round them. It is a beautiful ring but i no longer wear it anymore that is why i am selling this item.
