Terms & Conditions:
Returns will be accepted up to 14 days (except for earrings and other body piercing items - see note below), providing the customer returns the goods undamaged and unworn (except to try on) with the security label still attached, and as originally delivered, complete with all boxes, labels, documents and packaging etc. 
In the event of the item being faulty or damaged the customer must return the goods as above along with a written description of the claimed fault. Faulty or damaged items must be notified to us by email or eBay messages within 24 hours of receipt, if not, then any possible refund or replacement will be at our discretion.
All refunds will be refunded through your original Paypal payment route
 
In all return cases the buyer needs to contact THE JEWEL DEN to get a return number and to arrange for the item to be received before being posted back to us. The buyer will be responsible for their own return postage risks and costs. Proof of posting is not accepted as proof of delivery and we strongly recommend using signed for postage compensation for your method of return. UK Buyers please note: Royal Mail Recorded Delivery does not provide compensation for jewellery items. We suggest you use Royal Mail Special Delivery - for full details go to royalmail.com
Note: Earrings and other body piercing items are non returnable once their sealed packet is opened unless they prove to be faulty or damaged on receipt.
