I post twice a week on Monday & Thursday. For Monday posting please pay B4 8pm Sunday - For Thursday posting pay B4 8pm Wednesday. Very occasionally I can't keep to these days and post a day later.
Lost in post claims, I will pass to Royal Mail for their investigation. Refund/Replacement will be decided as a result of that. Please be advised that RM do not consider an item lost for 15 working days (UK) and 28 working days (Overseas) & claims cannot be made until then.
My P&P may be a little dearer than some, but check my feedback regarding the standard of my packing.
I recommend you print a copy of auction pictures as these are often deleted within 24 hrs to make room for the next lot.
