· UK Delivery First Class, 95% goods will arrive within 1-3 days of the payment received.
· SECOND CLASS orders usually arrive within 1 to 5 working days, however we ask you to give us up to 10 working days to allow for any Royal Mail delay.
· Worldwide Standard Delivery – will arrive approximately 4 -14 days after payment has been cleared. Transit time for Air Mail can vary (depending on peak period and your location). Therefore the delivery time specified is an estimate, and not a guarantee.
· We reserve the right to upgrade larger orders to an alternative delivery / courier if the order is valuable or exceeds weight limit available for selected shipping option.
· IMPORTANT, Please note that some items may not fit through a standard letter box and some items require a signature. In this case goods may be held at your local sorting office. Please contact the sorting office to rearrange a delivery time. The postman should leave a card but in our experience goods will be held in post office, even if you did not get a card!
· Please add your Phone Number with your address in Paypal and Ebay, which helps the courier company to find you address or contacting you before the delivery of the expensive / big items SPECIALLY THE HOUSE WHICH HAS NAMES INSTEAD OF NUMBER
· If the items are returned to us due to the wrong address or the not collected from the post office / courier company, then YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY THE POSTAGE AGAIN to be redelivered.
· Please note that we dispatch the item very next day of your payment, but we have no control over Post Office. So please inform us if you don’t receive the item.
