Email failure is not a valid reason to breach the terms of sale. PayPal Orders are shipped within 2 business days of receipt of PayPal funds. PayPal eChecks must clear prior to shipping. You may use PayPal to pay with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or e-check. REFUND POLICY If you are not satisfied with the product(s), you may return within 10 days from our ship date in original condition. All returns are subject to 20% restocking fee of value of order OR US $10, whichever is greater. Shipping, handling and insurance are non-refundable. Buyer pays for any returning shipping fee.

Delivery takes approx. 7 to 10 days for European & Asian destinations and up to 3 weeks for other destinations. INSURANCE We encourage our customers to purchase insurance because we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages. It is optionally offered based on address and country.
