Silver Nomad UK was established in 2002 but behind the name are 9 years of experience from a shop supplier, merchant and official importer with a team of skilled silversmiths and designers eager to produce the finest jewellery on the market.

Located in Norwich we were created as a buying group for silver enthusiasts who believe in only the highest quality goods.

By eliminating costly overheads such as a full colour brochure, we are able to pass these savings onto you. Furthermore, the collection can evolve and not be restricted by these elements. This is beneficial for the business, as it maintains an interesting and exciting momentum to our passion.

Payment

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched on the day!

Items are shipped daily from our UK premises and in most cases are received next day. Europe takes around 3 days. USA, Canada and the rest of the world take approximately 5 working days door to door.

Shipping

If you are not happy with your Silver Nomad jewellery, we offer a 7 day return policy for added peace of mind. The refund value is for the amount paid less postage and packing. Please ensure you return the item via recorded/signed for delivery. N.B. We do not accept returns for earrings.

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced. However, we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.

In the rare event of an item getting lost in the post, then we will also replace it or refund the payment including P&P.
