After winning an item in auction or completing a Buy-It-Now purchase, you have two check-out options:

You can either click the "Pay Now" button on your My eBay page or
click on the
Check-Out button on this page or
click here to immediately proceed with the checkout and payment process. You'll be able to complete your payment and finalize your
purchase without waiting for the winning bidder email confirmation.
Checkout Later: Within 1 hour of the end of the auction, you'll be notified via email that you are the winning bidder. There's no need to contact us to arrange payment. Our email will contain a link to our checkout site where
you'll be able to pay for your item. |
Forms of Payment Accepted
We accept PayPal Instant Payments, Visa, MasterCard,
Switch/Maestro, Delta and Solo.
We do NOT accept paper Cheques, Cash,
Bank Transfers (BACS) or Postal
Orders so please don't send them. We
do NOT accept eCheques either. Please be aware
of this before bidding in order to avoid embarrassment.
We encourage you to set up a PayPal account as this will
enable you to get the most out of eBay.
How to Pay
If you are the winning bidder, within one hour of the auction close you will receive an email with payment instructions. Buyers must follow the instructions to make
the payment. Failure to do so will result in the delay of payment being received and will delay shipment of the goods.
Non Payment
Payments are expected within SEVEN (7) days after
close of auction. Unpaid auctions will be reported to
eBay and a strike placed on your account under eBay's
Unpaid Item Process.

Other Countries: 5 - 14 Working Days*
These times are estimates and are not guaranteed in any
way whatsoever.

We ship to the UK, Albania, Andorra, Austria,
Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria,
Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia,
Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary,
Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein,
Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova,
Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania,
San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and
Switzerland. Please do not order unless you live in one
of these countries as we will be unable to send your
goods.
Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all items on the same working day if ordered by 8am or the next business day if ordered after 8am provided we have received cleared payment.
Average transit time is 1 - 3 working days. The great
majority of orders should be received within 3 working
days.
Delivery Address
We only ship to shipping addresses you input into
our checkout. We are NOT responsible for lost goods
where you have supplied us with a wrong or undeliverable
address.
Packaging
We take great care in packaging every item securely so
that they arrive safe and sound to your doorstep.
Shipping and Handling
Delivery is charged at the following rates, in addition to the final bid won price of
each Auction or Buy it Now item:

- Royal Mail First Class Standard for UK
customers
£1.99 per auction item won, £1.99 per additional item
("additional item" is applicable to all our other items).
- Royal Mail Air Packet for Other customers
£2.99 per item won, £2.99 per additional
item ("additional item" is applicable to all our
other items)

All buyers must agree our to shipping policy
prior to bidding on any of our items:
- We do not provide any combined postage discount. If you buy more than one item, you must pay an
individual shipping fee for each item purchased. For example, if you are a UK customer and win two of our items
for which the postage on item 1 is £4.00 and the
postage on item 2 is £3.00 your shipping and
handling charges will be £4.00 + £3.00 = £7.00.
- Delivery charges are not negotiable.
- We are a mail order
only company, therefore it is not possible to
collect in person from our warehouse under any
circumstances.
Postal Insurance
There is an optional 50p charge for insurance
against lost goods.
Feedback
We will automatically leave positive feedback to every buyer who completes
a transaction and leaves positive feedback for us. We pride ourselves on offering excellent
customer service and our reputation is very important to us. In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with the transaction, please contact us and we will try our best
