Return postal costs must be met by the buyer for any reason.  We will only refund postal costs if the item is faulty.  

If the items are returned to us opened and the items are not faulty and not in a resaleable condition then we will charge a 25% restocking charge of the total cost of item and P&P.  So if your total cost is £10 then we will take £2.50 when restocking.
