I dont use bad couriers and the time of delivery is  short , the postage is trackable via website- If the item you receive is faulty or not as described in the item page and you are dissatisfied   then a refund can be given once i have received the returned item in the same conditions as i sended it.. The postage is not refundable in any circunstance. For refund you must contact me  first via email to discuss the matter.You have 10 days to make the claim.- All items have to be returned in the condition they were sent. On returning the item the buyer   is responsible that the item reaches me in the same condition.If the item was damaged in transit i will assist you and i will make the claim the insurance.the refund will  be given or not given depending the decision of the insurance company. It takes about one month to the  insurance company give one answer about the claim. 

Please note vintage and antique items are not pristine.All have some sort of wear after years of use. I describe my itens honestly and do my best effort but Its possible that some very litle problems i miss because i did not notice or sometimes they are hard to detect.. You have to accept this because they are vintage itens and the wear its part of his beauty. But any major fault will be mentioned  and if i miss to mention it you will have your refund.
