• We only ship to verified members with a Paypal confirmed address. Please contact us if your address is not confirmed by Paypal.
• Typically, we ship products to our customers within 2 working days of receiving payment.
• Depending on the destination, it normally takes 3 to 5 days for a shipment to arrive.
• Please note that the online tracking service is NOT available in all regions. However, you can still email us to check on the delivery status of your purchase.
• We are NOT responsible for any Customs Fee, Customs delay or Import Tax. If the item is returned to us due to the buyer refusing to pay the above fees, we will NOT send the parcel again unless the buyer settles those fees and pays all return and reshipment cost. Buyers cannot cancel their order or request a refund for the above reasons.
