Please be aware that we are not experts in virtually anything we sell. Our forte is finding interesting bulk collections to split up and bring to eBay. So please assume nothing! We don’t describe every item in detail, particularly items starting at £1.99. We rely on our buyers to look closely at our photographs to assess everything that is important to them about an item for themselves.
If condition, or any other aspect about an item, is crucial to you and is not addressed specifically in our text or is not apparent from close examination of our pictures, PLEASE ASK. We don’t want disappointed buyers!!
Savings in P&P for multi purchases always passed on! So, for example, for the UK, where combining large numbers of lots into one sensibly sized package up to 25Kg is possible, P&P will not exceed £7 plus handling and materials.

POSTAGE
It's tedious, we know, but do please read EVERYTHING below as people get more upset about postage than anything else in this whole eBay experience!
We are responsible for ensuring that you receive your purchase(s) safely and in a timely fashion. All postage rates include at least some insurance. If things go wrong, we want to be able to refund your purchase price promptly and claim the money back from insurance for ourselves.
Paypal and eBay have various Protection Programmes and many of you want to be able to rely on them. We aim to meet the obligations put on us by these schemes, so that our buyers get the maximum possible benefits.
We too want our protection from mishaps and those few dishonest buyers out there, and to that end we are asked by Paypal to use a shipping method that includes tracking, which is invariably slightly more expensive. We won't insist on this for low cost purchases, but will for higher cost purchases, in all but exceptional circumstances. Please do NOT pay until AFTER we invoice so that we can properly assess the postage insurance situation for each purchase.
We have estimated the weight band of this package as 250g. If we have significantly overestimated we WILL refund the difference.
UK: For a purchase price of up to £36, you will be invoiced for 2nd Class Signed for at £2.96.
Ordinary mail, at 72p less, may be available on request, depending on the final selling price.
We will upgrade the postage on your invoice to the cheapest fully insured postal method available if the selling price significantly exceeds £36.
Europe: For a purchase price of up to £36, you will be invoiced for 'International Signed For' Air Mail at £6.78
Ordinary air mail, at £3.50 less, may be available on request, depending on the final selling price.
We will upgrade the postage on your invoice to the cheapest fully insured postal method available if the selling price significantly exceeds £36.
Rest of the World: For a purchase price of up to £30, you will be invoiced for 'International Signed For' Air Mail at £7.93
Ordinary air mail, at £3.50 less, may be available on request, depending on the final selling price. Or ask about even cheaper surface mail.
We will upgrade the postage on your invoice to the cheapest fully insured postal method available if the selling price significantly exceeds £36.
Should you be unlucky enough to have your package damaged, stolen or lost en route, we will claim on insurance and refund your purchase price, and, if covered within your chosen postal method, the postage price too. Please be aware that this process can take some time, especially when the loss occurs overseas. We'll keep you informed throughout.

Returns are accepted under the UK's distance selling legislation. Providing the item is returned in EXACTLY the same condition as when sent, the amount paid for the item (but not carriage) will be refunded. If we agree that an item is to be returned due to misdescription or other error on our part we will refund ALL payments including return carriage.
