1. Polite contact to be made within 3 business days after the auction closes please.

2. Payment must be received by me within 7 days of the auction close (unless I have agreed a longer term for you), after which the Ebay non -paying bidder process will be initiated. Negative feedback and bid-barring will be applied to non- payers. I reserve the right to cancel bids made by those with an unsatisfactory feedback record (in my opinion) or whose manner of communication is unpleasant.

3. All items are sold as seen in the photographs shown unless otherwise stated. The items you see in the photographs are the actual items you will receive.

4. Valve auctions: While tested (where stated) and believed to be in proper working order, all valves are sold AS-IS, with no warranty & no returns.
Test results (where given) were obtained on a reliable Precision 612 tube tester, but are given in good faith and as a guide only as results can vary between different test equipment.

5. I reserve the right to cancel the auction should Ebay have an outage or server failure within 2 hours of the scheduled auction close, or if the item becomes unavailable.

6. ALL items MUST be sent by insured/trackable mail as detailed in postage rates shown above, without exception.

7. All items are carefully and appropriately packed to the best of my capabilites and proof of posting will be obtained. However, I will not be held personally responsible under any circumstances for any items lost or damaged in the postal system. In the event of loss or damage in the mail, I will assist in submitting the required forms for claiming compensation from the postal authorities.

8. I only wish to trade with those individuals who are understanding and reasonable. Buyers/bidders who are rude, overly impatient, harassing, awkward or irritating will be blocked from bidding on my auctions without notice.  (My bidder block list is regularly shared with some other sellers of similar items)

9. If you don't understand these terms - or any part of my auction description/text - then please either e-mail me for clarification before bidding or DON'T BID!
