Postal Orders: We accept both crossed and un-crossed Postal Orders, but we prefer UN-CROSSED as Crossed Postal Orders takes more time to clear, therefore increasing the order processing time.
Cash on Collection: We also accept Cash on Collection.

We use reputed service providers for our well known fast and secure delivery. Please select the service you require during checkout - if its urgent we suggest DHL or Parcelforce 24. Contact us if you require a recorded or guaranteed Special Delivery service.
Buyers in the Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, ROI and the Channel Islands will be subject to restrictions and surcharges.
Ireland
Where the listing shows postage prices for Ireland these are guide prices (due to differing weight thresholds it isn't possible to show accurate pricing for the UK and Ireland). This is the most you will have to pay. We suggest that you contact us during checkout for a revised invoice - in particular if you have bought multiple items. Restrictions will apply for heavier items over 2kg.
Channel Islands
We do not supply items over 2kg to the Channel Islands. We suggest that you contact us before you buy to confirm that we can supply your item(s)
Most of our items are available with 1st and 2nd Class Postage (subject to weight and value restrictions)
1st and 2nd Recorded, Special Delivery (Guaranteed Next Day Mon to Fri), DHL 48/24, UK Mail and Parcelforce 48/24 are also available.
Our Standard Delivery Option in the UK is 1st Class which Royal Mail aim to deliver in 1 to 3 working days If you require a faster service please select the 1st Class or DHL, UK Mail, and Parcelforce options during checkout.
If you require a guaranteed next day service please contact us for a quote for Special Delivery or DHL 24, UK mail and Parcelforce 24.
1st Class, Special Delivery, DHl 24, UK Mail and Parcelforce deliveries are given handling priority.
We aim to dispatch all items within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) however please allow up to 48 hours to receive our dispatch confirmation email.
Discounted Combined Purchases
We are always pleased to discount the combined postage & packing charge for multiple purchases when paid for in one transaction. This usually results in great savings on postage costs. Just "request total from seller" when checking out (and before paying for any item). We will then send you a combined, discounted invoice. If you want to know the price before you buy just ask!

All our products on Buy-It-Now and Bids are Brand New unless specified.
We cannot be held responsible for manufacturing fault, but we will be happy to replace the faulty item or issue a refund, provided that, it has been reported to our customer service within 48 hours of accepting the shipment.

WE ARE ABLE TO TRACK PARCEL FORCE AND DHL SHIPMENTS ONLY, BUT WE’LL TRY OUR BEST TO TRACK ROYAL MAIL AS FAR AS WE CAN.
Returns
We do accept returns for the products. If you wish to return an item due to any reason, you must contact me within 24 hours of receiving the item and the product must be returned in 7 days.
We offer an insurance for all our products, if a customer have not insured his/her parcel, and the parcel is been lost or damaged during transit, we can not be held responsible for it. So, please insure your parcel.
We will accept returns, if the product has a manufacturer fault. Please Note, As we sell Brand New factory sealed products, we can not be held responsible for any manufacturing faults in the product and we will not be able to refund any postage costs whatsoever, for the return of the product. The product will be replaced or a refund will be issued after deducting 20% standard handling charges.
If you do not like the product and wish to return it, please note, it should be sealed and unused. Again we will not be held responsible for return postage and there will be a 20% restocking fee. If you have opened the product, it can not be resold again, hence you can have a maximum of 50% refund and return postage is not refundable.
