This device should be serve as an education assistant only but for punishment. Trainer suggest to read all operations instructions carefully before use it!  For correct use this training kit , Trainer should have a training lesson to your dog which let him know the relation between the collar signal and your command.

  • Hong Kong Post Office will not provide any tracking number for normal international airmail.  It is highly recommended the buyer to pay insurance (sent by registered mail with tracking number provided) if the buyer wants the item being insured.  We are not responsible for any loss of the mail if the item is not insured. 
  • We only ship the item(s) to the address according to eBay information. Buyer should make sure their shipping information (include door no and shipping address) in eBay platform is correct.  We are not responsible for any loss of the mail if the shipping information is incorrect.
  • We do not ship the item(s) to P.O. Box.  We will not take any responsibility for the loss of the mail if buyer insists on shipping the item to P.O. Box.
