If Item is defective and not working on arrival, please report the item to us within 7 days of receiving.
Please contact us to request a return authorization. Please include your name, auction number, and reason for return in the email. All items returned must contain all original packaging materials.
Please carefully repack the item. Items returned will be tested and if found defective, the buyer will be shipped a new replacement unit immediately. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available a refund will be issued.
If the item is not found defective, the item will be sent back to the buyer at buyer’s expense.
