| Postage Costs | Postage costs are as per individual listings. Postage will be combined on multiple purchases - just request an invoice and we'll combine all purchases into a single order. Postage will never be more than what it costs us to pack and post the item. Combined orders over £20 qualify for FREE postage and packaging. |
| Despatch | Despatch is same day on all orders placed before 15:00. All orders are shipped Royal Mail First Class and therefore should arrive next working day. Although 97% of parcels DO arrive next day, this service is not guaranteed. Please allow up to five working days to give Royal Mail a chance. |
| Returns | Returns for any reason are gladly accepted as long as the items are unopened and undamaged. Simply return them for a full refund including initial postage. Buyer must pay the return postage. |
