I'm offering a no quibble return policy upon receipt of your item being returned in the same condition as it was sent, contact must be made within 7 days of you receiving it.  Refunds will only be issued on return of the item, as long as it is in the same un-worn, un-washed, un-marked and not smelling of smoke re-saleable condition, less your postal charges and a 10% re stocking fee, unless otherwise agreed.  If after an item is returned and it is found to have been worn or not re-saleable refunds WILL be REFUSED and the buyer will have to pay for return postage before I will return it. I'm always happy to arrange for an item to be exchanged for an alternative size or alternative item, if you wish to do this please email your request and we can make the arrangements. Thank you.
