The caravan is a privately owned brand new 2006 fully heated 8 berth Atlas Sahara 35 x 12  which is in a superb development situated on the paddocks. All entertainment is close by but just right for a relaxed holiday when needed. For those warm summer evenings there is an outside veranda with furniture, and ample parking space beside the caravan..The caravan has a high level of comfort throughout with every thing you need to relax and enjoy your holiday. The caravan has a spacious seating area it is fully centrally heated in every room facilities include T.V/DVD with an assortment of childrens DVDs, C.D radio, Free View with over 30 channels and a fully fitted kitchen with cooker, grill, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster. The 3 bedrooms consists of 1 double bed and 2 twin bedrooms (no bunk beds). All bedrooms have ample storage and wardrobe space.The lounge seating also converts into a double bed. There is a shower room with wash basin, and a separate room with a WC. The caravan has duvets but you will need to supply sheets, pillow cases, duvet covers, towels and any blankets you will need .

ALL gas and electric and your butlins passes which give you unlimited access to butlins facilities.

                            THE CARAVAN IS AVAILABLE FROM 2pm ONWARDS BUT YOU MAY USE BUTLINS FACILITIES BEFORE THIS TIME!

The park is provided with 24 hour security and the parks extensive facilities are all just a few minutes walk away. There is ample parking space beside our holiday home
