When using PAYPAL = Item/s will always be posted to your address given by Paypal. If this is incorrect or you wish to use another address, you must tell me in the MESSAGE FIELD Box on Paypal Payment. Otherwise you risk posting to wrong address, and being liable to postage cost/lost item. Also if you want any changes such as colours/sizes this must also be stated in MESSAGE FIELD.

(YOU DO NOT HAVE TO JOIN PAYPAL – one off payments can be made in local currency an they will clear payment and convert into pounds sterling for me.) I DO NOT ACCEPT ANY FORM OF CHEQUE / DRAFT / POSTAL ORDER/COUNTER CHEQUE /MONEY ORDER/ TRANSFER FROM ABROAD.

Ask me any questions before bidding,  we don’t want you to be buying an item different from what you think it is. Try and ask questions before the last night to give me a chance to answer. I always reply to polite emails. Don’t bid I you are not happy with any of the conditions or costs , ask first I only want happy customers. If you have received no reply to a question, then I did not get the email.(or it was sent too close to the end of auction for me to answer). I got I do not open emails with attachments, or no ebay reference number / subject. . Email replies and postings take place normally 6 days a week. I WILL ALWAYS try and process your items as quickly as possible.

It is normal practice for me to confirm receipt of payment and advise posting date, however this is not always possible due to email blocks / filters etc

Items purchased must be paid for within 7 days. Failure to do so may result in the item being re listed and negative Feedback given.

Before leaving Feedback other than positive, please contact me and I will try and resolve any issues.I try very hard to maintain a very high POSITIVE FEEDBACK level (as you can see) For example if this has been caused by an error in description, posting ,etc or similar please give me a chance to put right.

If you do not received feedback straight away this maybe due to the fact I sometimes wait for feedback on my goods in order that I can tell you have had safe delivery.

Item will be posted once payment has cleared. I will do my best I can if for any reason your item does not turn up. In 99.9 percent of cases items turn up. However if you have not opted/ask for insurance the service is limited and takes longer.Item/s paid for by Paypal, Postal Orders or Building Society Cheques are normally posted within 24 hours of receipt. Cheques normally take up to 7 days to clear from being paid in.
