Returns are accepted in the following circumstances:
Electrical goods:
Unopened box, unused goods, in original condition, please include receipt of purchase. You must notify the intention to return within 7 days of receipt. For your insurance we recommend the items to be returned via signed-for delivery, at buyer’s costs. Refund will be given within 10 days of receipt, in the same form the payment was received, minus original postage costs.
Products with manufacturer’s fault, must be notified within 7 days of receipt . Faulty item must be returned first and will be replaced at no cost.
Non-electrical goods (creams, toothpastes, face masks, tanning products, etc.):
Can be returned for a refund when unused, with the seal unbroken, in original mint condition, please include receipt. You must notify the intention to return within 7 days of receipt. For your insurance we recommend the items to be returned via signed-for delivery, at buyer’s costs. Refund will be given within 10 days of receipt, in the same form the payment was received, minus original postage costs.
If item has been used or seal is broken it cannot be returned for refund. |
