Shipping
We pride ourselves on fast dispatch once cleared payment has been received.
Restrictions and surcharges may be applicable for some services to destinations in the Highlands and Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Guernsey and Jersey, Isle of Scilly, and Southern Ireland.
Any items returned to us for failed delivery will carry another deliver charge to the customer. We do not do re-directions to alternative addresses after we have dipatched your items to you.
Returns
Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
