Packaging

The Lego will be safely shipped in padded envelopes.

Postage

I usually post twice a week, once on the Monday or Tuesday and once on the Thursday or Friday.  I will be happy to combine postage costs for multiple purchases.  A final invoice will be sent once your purchases are confirmed.

Unless otherwise stated postage will be Royal Mail Second Class which keeps postage costs down. If you would like a faster service please let me know but it will inevitably cost a bit more, which will reflect on the invoice.  Postage costs include all packaging materials and a small handling fee.

 

Cleanliness/Condition

Where required our stock is cleaned on a very hot detergent wash in order to ensure that we will provide you with a product in the best condition possible.  It has been painstakingly sorted to remove any damaged/non lego pieces (although due to quantity the odd one is bound to slip through) but please bare in mind that this is used Lego and whilst the vast majority is in extremely good condition a small percentage will appear ‘more played with’.

Returns

In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase I will offer a full refund.  In order to receive this you must inform me within 7 days of my posting it to you.
