Welcome to another fabulous Mom and Diana Auction! We scour a whoppin' 2-county area looking for treasures to complete your collections or simply bring a smile to your face, and hope to have a little fun in the process! Please read the stuff in color below- it's important, really, it is. If you have any questions, please ask. And if you are looking for something, let us know! We love the challenge of the hunt, even if it's just a dig through the boxes of stuff we haven't had a chance to list yet! Here is a very mixed lot of small diecast vehicles, I will describe them in the order of the picture - 1 - a Hotwheels McDonald's van, 2004; 2 - Applause, Days of Thunder, 1990 Paramount Pictures; 3 - Bombardier 4-wheeler; 4 - Tonka - Maisto -2002 Hasbro; 5 - Matchbox BMW Z4 2003 Mattel convertible; 6 - Little motorcycle '1' on side, helmet and face in front; 7 - Maisto, Tonka, trailer, mostly plastic; 8 - Matchbox mini-camper 2003, Mattel. They are all in reasonably good condition, no missing wheels. The Applause car has some chipped paint, otherwise, all as they are! We are not very 'up' on the little vehicles, we're girls! If there are some you are more interested in than others, we are willing to split the lot - just e-mail us! PLEASE READ THIS STUFF- IT'S IMPORTANT, AND WILL ANSWER MANY QUESTIONS! ALL ITEMS ARE AS IS! Please email us with questions or for photos. We will do our absolute best to answer you quickly and honestly. We try to list items thoroughly, but we might miss something, so it really is important to ask! When we list our items, we want you to know what you are bidding on. If it is dirty, chipped, or damaged in any tiny way, we will mention it (provided we see it, of course!). Please do not interpret this as a bad item- we just want to be honest. SHIPPING DISCLAIMER Though we would love to promise that everything that leaves our little hands will come to you in pristine condition, we have no way of guaranteeing that. PLEASE CONSIDER shipping insurance for your treasures. Everything is wrapped carefully and with ample packing material, but we Cannot Be Held Responsible for damaged packages!! If (Heaven Forbid) something goes awry in the shipping, please email us to let us know, and if there's anything we CAN do, we will do our best to make it right. Please do not expect a full refund. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, please do not expect us to reimburse them! If you have any questions about our policies, please email us. NON-PAYMENT If you do not intend to pay, please do not bid. If we have recieved no communication or payment within 7 days, we will relist the item and leave negative feedback. If 7 days isn't long enough, just email us- we're pretty easy-going, but we can't help you if you don't talk to us! SHIPPING! Check our other items for sale- we'll be thrilled to combine on postage! Also, estimated shipping costs are just that- an estimate. Please wait until you recieve an invoice after the auction for the actual shipping cost- it's usually cheaper! We try to overestimate on postage, and round up for the shipping calculator at the bottom of the page. What you will get charged is ACTUAL shipping plus $1.50 for handling for every box sent out. This covers boxes, tape, bubbles, gas, and time, as well as all the other tiny things that go into shipping a package. We welcome shipping questions, and charge only one handling fee for each box of treasures, so the more you buy, the more you save! STOP IN AND DO SOME SHOPPING! Have you visited our store? There's tons of great stuff there, not just glassware and toys! Did you let an auction slip past you? Check the store! Are you looking for something in particular? Let us know! We have more than we can possibly list all at once, with more coming all the time! FEEDBACK... We wouldn't dream of leaving negative feedback for you without attempting to contact you, usually 3 or 4 times. If you leave negative feedback without contacting us first, you are forfeiting any chance to have the situation rectified. This means no money back, no apology, nothing. If you contact us, we will do everything within our power to make the situation right. We don't mean to misrepresent anything, sometimes we simply don't see what you do! However, if you are not willing to discuss the problem with us before leaving the nasty, image-smearing feedback, we can only return the favor and be equally unwilling to help you.
