WHAT LOVELY EARLY 19TH CENTURY DINNER FORKS!! EACH IS OF THE HIGHEST QUALITY. Here we have a quite exceptional GEORGE III LARGE MATCHING SET OF 8 REGENCY solid silver dinner forks.Hallmarks are deep and clear. Each is assayed in London by good makers William Eley,William Fearn and William Chawner. All date to 1812,year letter R. Each is a most delightful piece! These lovely forks are of exceptional quality and each is a most practical piece of table silver. Weight of actual silver is a sublime 552 grams (17.75 troy ounces),each piece is made of very thick gauge silver throughout. Each fork is a fraction over 8 inches in length. Their condition is vwey good with only minimal wear to the tines. THEY ARE LOVELY FORKS WITH VERY THICK STEMS. Each is engraved to the reverse with the same quite lovely crest and always has been,definitely no erasures either. The pattern is OLD ENGLISH. A truly beautiful and most wonderful RARE ANTIQUE HIGH QUALITY SET. Please note that i have listed many other good silver pieces too. A RARE LOT!! PERFECT FOR USE ALL YEAR ROUND,DINE IN REAL STYLE!
