We offer a $1.00 discount on shipping and handling for multiple auction purchases. Please do not checkout and make payments until all the auctions you are bidding on are completed. You must make only one payment to receive the discount.
To calculate shipping and handling on multiple auctions, first take the auction with the highest shipping and handling. Then add the remaining auctions' shipping and handling, less the $1.00 discount.
We are using bulk packaging in order to save the postage cost while you can get the benefit by paying less shipping and handling fee. However, all items are new and high quality.
We'll ship your order within 1 business day after confirmation of your order and verification of your payment. It will be take around 7-14 business days (excluded Saturday & Sunday, Public Holiday) to receive your items, due to our items location in Hong Kong.
It is the buyer responsibility to provide a deliverable shipping address during eBay checkout. Buyers have to pay the shipping again if the package returned back to us because of undeliverable address.
Please note: Some countries will have custom duty / tax for certain items. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay all endued custom duty or tax. We are not responsible for any custom duty or tax since our price don't include this charge.

Defective products on RARE occasions lemons or mistakes happen will be replaced for up to 30 days. If the defective product is no longer available, a refund may be issued.
Refunds are NOT generally issued. Special situations are examined on a case to case basis.
In any circumstance, Shipping and Handling fee is non-refundable.
Buyer MUST pay return postage for any return reason, no exception. In return, we will pay the postage for shipping back the item to you.
