If you are not satisfied with any purchase, simply contact us and return the item within 7 days, in its original condition and packaging for an exchange or full refund of purchase price.
Claims for damaged or missing goods must be made within 7 days.
With the exception of faulty goods, postage charges are not refundable. Please note that, when returning an item, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. Please ask for 'proof of posting' from your post office (free of charge), or use insured 'Special Delivery', or a courier service. |
