Orders above $150 are required to provide a shipping address matching your CONFIRMED ADDRESS if paypal or your BILLING ADDRESS if using a Credit Card. Our shipping calculator is linked to USPS servers and calculates actual shipping price based on weight of the item or items. We just add $1 handling to that charge (handling charges are only applied to the first item you buy). We combine shipments. Save money by paying for several items at once.
Most items ship within 24 hrs from the moment we receive your payment. Please use our shipping calculator to get the exact shipping amount due. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days from delivery date. Shipping and handling charges are NOT REFUNDABLE. All returned merchandise must be in the original undamaged packaging. We DO NOT accept any returned product that is incomplete or in less than brand new condition. For all products returned in accordance to this policy we apply a 15% restocking fee (minimum $5).
NOTE: Returns or exchanges for FREE-SHIPPING items have a $12 flat-rate restocking fee. All items are brand new and include manufacturer's original warranty. If for any reason you receive a damaged item (DOA). Exchange of defective item must take place within 7 days of delivery date.
