hi you are bidding on an 70cc italjet formula scooter for spares or repairs. this scooter was original an 49cc scooter but has since had a lot of modifications to transform it into a 70cc scooter. a lot of work has been done to this scooter including an complete engine rebuild, a 70cc big bore kit fitted, a racing exhaust (not sports), new disc breaks, new pistons, this scooter has also been fitted with an encrypted alarm which can be triggered via an remote control. please be aware that all of these modifications were made before i purchased the bike so i will not be able to provide any information on what make of parts are fitted or any mechanical information apart from what i have already given. as you can imagine this has had a lot money spent on it in the past to upgrade it. this scooter was running perfectly until 2 months ago i went away for a weekend, when i came back i tried to start it up and it wasn't having any of it. i haven't got the time to tackle the problem myself as i am going to upgrade to a car. i am not a mechanic so i don't know what the problem is but it could be a quick fix or it would be excellent for spare parts for your own bike. as you are probably aware by now this bike is being sold as a non runner but as i have explained in the right hands it could be brought back to life once again or used as a donor bike. please also note that the paperwork for it has been lost so the winner would have to apply to the dvla for a new log book. as this auction is for the bike and keys only and no paper work. also i would rather payment to be made upon collection of the bike.
