We will always endeavour to resolve any issues which arise swiftly and to our customers satisfaction. Although we do not charge a re-stocking fee any goods returned not due to a quality issue, the customer must pay the relevent inward carriage charge and the original carriage will not be reimbursed. Any return will be treated on an individual bases. We are not here to see you off!
