This auction is for a 7 night break during November in one of our well equipped self catering apartments (changeover days normally Monday or Friday, but flexible during the quiet times).   Also have some 10/11 night breaks available please contact me for further details.  Xmas/New Year not available on this auction.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT I AM AWAY ON HOLIDAY FROM WEDNESDAY EVENING 11th NOVEMBER AND RETURNING HOME LATE ON SUNDAY 22nd NOVEMBER.  I will be picking up emails and checking our eBay shop whenever I have the opportunity, but at the moment do not know how often we will be able to do this.  Please note that there will be someone at Guy's Cliffe, but they may not be able to answer queries straight away.

The auction price is for the apartment and up to 2 occupants, but further occupants can be added at £25 per person per week up to a maximum of 5, if you require this option let me know and I will adjust the auction accordingly. 

Apartments are well equipped with microwave, full size refrigerator, cooker, toaster, kettle, etc, family bedroom with a double and 2 single beds (some as bunks),  freeview tv and shower room.  All bed linen (beds made up ready on arrival), holiday insurance, welcome tray and tea towel are included in the auction tariff.

All bed linen (beds made up ready on arrival), tea towel and welcome tray (tea, coffee, sugar),  and holiday insurance inclusive.   Tariff is for the apartment and up to 2 occupants - it is not per person (some apartments can accommodate up to 6, please contact me for further details and website address, email info@guyscliffe.co.uk).   Close to Preston/Paignton sands, short flat walk to all local amenities.  All facilities including beach, shops, pubs etc just round corner, but situated in lovely quiet residential road. 

Centrally situated in the heart of the English Riviera - at Preston Sands, Paignton - 1 mile Torquay and approx 5 miles Brixham/Dartmouth/Totnes/Newton Abbot.  Take advantage of our milder climate and get away for a few days.  Own car park and garden on premises.  Friendly family owned and run accommodation - as members of both the TSCA (Torbay Self Catering Association) and the FSB (Federation of Small Businesses), the standard of accommodation is assured by yearly inspections.

Wind/kite surfing (all year round), Paignton Zoo and Botanical Gardens, Living Coasts, Babbacombe Model Village, Kents Caverns, South Devon Steam Railway to Kingswear/Dartmouth, fishing/boat trips, and of course fresh Brixham fish and Devon Cream Teas!  (Just a small selection of some of the things to do)  Also, ideal location for walking the South West Coastal Path or Dartmoor, or convenient for touring both Devon and Cornwall, lots to do whatever the weather!

There is always a large selection of events happening in and around the bay as it is an all year round resort.  We have lots of theatres and other venues too numerous to mention.  Theatre breaks can be organised for you - also special occasions - dining out, Xmas dinners etc.  Make that special occassion extra special - the theatre, an anniversary dinner or how about that birthday party!

As members of the TSCA guests will have the opportunity of gaining discounts to some of our major attractions including Paignton Zoo and Living Coasts.

One pet by prior arrangement (not all apartments and at £20 per week)

UK buyers £50 deposit within 5 days please, balance payable 42 days before the start of your holiday, if less than 7 weeks to start of your holiday, full payment please.   Direct payment via BACS or cheque prefered.

Buyers from outside of the UK must pay the full amount at the end of the auction, and paypal only please.
