Day 1: Night at sea

Join the coach at your pick-up point (extra charges apply)  or in Portsmouth and sail at 20.30. Eat in the carvery, enjoy the live cabaret show in the show bar and relax in your cabin overnight

Day 2: At Sea

Day 3: Bilbao – San Sebastian

Arrive in the morning. Drive to our hotel or join us for a scenic drive and optional tour of historic San Sebastian. Step back in time in the city’s Old Quarter or visit the charming fishing village and enjoy the Basque culture.

Day 4: Comillas, San Vicente de la Barquera, The Palace of Sobrellano, Santilana del Mar

Join us on an optional excursion to Comillas an area which has numerous attractions including the Palace of Sobvrellano and the Capricho de Gaudi. Then onto San Vicente de la Barquera a seaside town with its old quarters and the bridges of La Maz and del Parral and the summits of the Picos de Europa . Finally to Santilla del Mar where medieval time has stood and its Palaces of Barreda Bracho, Benameji, Tagle, Velarde and Villa.

Day 5 Santona and Castro-Urdiales

Join us on a trip to the fishing village of Santona which is famous for its anchovies in olive oil and its military fortifications around the mountain of Buciero. Then onto Castro-Urdiales where the town centre is medieval in orgin with narrow streets and earned recognition as an Historic Site, plus .the Roman archaeological site of Faviobriga..

Day 6: Bilbao and aboard ship

We travel to the port at mid day for the return journey. Night aboard ship to enjoy the casino, spa, and live cabaret.

Day 7: Return home

The Pride of Bilbao docks at Portsmouth at 17.00. and return to your pick-up point.
