• We ship our items worldwide by DHL.
• We only ship to verified members with a Paypal confirmed address. Please contact us if your address is not confirmed by Paypal.
• Typically, we ship products to our customers within 2 working days of receiving payment.
• Depending on the destination, it normally takes 3 to 5 days for a shipment to arrive.
• Please note that the online tracking service is NOT available in all regions. However, you can still email us to check on the delivery status of your purchase.
• We are NOT responsible for any Customs Fee, Customs delay or Import Tax. If the item is returned to us due to the buyer refusing to pay the above fees, we will NOT send the parcel again unless the buyer settles those fees and pays all return and reshipment cost. Buyers cannot cancel their order or request a refund for the above reasons.

• We only accept Paypal. We reserve the right to withhold shipment of products if a buyer fails to transfer the full amount to our account.
• Payment must be cleared immediately after auction close. If an item is out of stock, we will refund the winning bidder’s payment.

• Customs authorities in some countries may require you to pay Import Tax, Value Added Tax, Sales Tax or Customs Clearance Fees. If you have any questions regarding these charges, please check with your local authority.

• We would not be responsible for lost items if carrier (DHL) confirms item is "Delivered" or the buyer gives an incorrect delivery address. Please make sure your address is reachable since DHL charges a high return postage fee.
