Returns
All Bidders and Buyers have a 30 day
money back guaranty. Buyers will receive full refund less shipping
charges. Item must be in same condition as received from Klick
Diamonds (Brand New, No Scratches). All Jewelry resized by other
Jewelers will not be qualified for a refund or exchange. Exceptions
can be made by contacting us.
All returns must have an RMA number
assigned with the return, if for any reason you decide to return an
item and there is no RMA assigned to your return the shipping
department will not accept the package.
When receiving your order you will
receive instructions on how to go ahead with your return.
A. Contact Us for a RMA number.
(Make sure the RMA is also on the outside of the box).
B. Include with the item a
letter of why you are returning your item with your RMA, name, item
number and phone number. RMA number must be boldly displayed on the
outside of the box for the return dept to accept your
package.
C. In order for your return to process
and get a refund all tags and stickers must still be on the watch and
must come in the original box and paper work you received, and must
still be within the 30 days for you to receive your refund.
D. All returns will receive a
full refund less shipping charges, if watch is still within the 30 days
from shipping.
E. Customers must ship with
either FedEx or UPS if domestic. International returns must be ship
with a courier which can insure the package and provide tracking
information, if shipped differently than specified we are not liable
for missing or lost packages. All returns must be insured and shipped
by customer. **All returns must be packed by customer himself and not
be a third party shipping store. All opened, ripped and crushed boxes
will be rejected by our shipping dept.
New Bidders with zero or
negative feedback or "Non-Paying Bidders"

negative feedback must contact us by phone or email prior to auction
ending or we reserve the right to retract your bid without
notice.
By bidding, you agree to
all our terms & conditions. If payment is not received within 7
calendar days after the close of this auction, you will automatically
be in default and your right to the item(s) will be forfeited. We will
then file a Non-Paying Bidder Alert to eBay, which can result in you
being suspended indefinitely from eBay. We also reserve the right to
file with TRW which can affect your credit.
