All of our items comply with distance selling regulations.
For hygiene reasons refunds will not be given for Body Piercings or items of a personal nature such as underwear.
The buyer will be responsible for payment of postage on ALL return items (including faulty), and it must be sent in its original packaging and condition (unless faulty) with a copy of the receipt or invoice.
A full refund (including original postage) will only be issued if the item is faulty. If we have another item in stock we will always endeavour to post another one free of charge, however if this is not possible a refund will be issued.
If the item was chosen by mistake or the listing has not been read correctly we will refund the cost of the item, but not the postage that was originally paid.
Full refunds will be issued after we have received and checked the faulty goods, and it will include the original postage paid (but not the return postage).
Mistakes made by us will be refunded in full!
We cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post after we have dispatched them. However, we keep Proof of Postage Certificates for ALL of our items, so if your item is lost in the post, please inform us as soon as possible - we will be happy to refund your item and the postage 15 days after the dispatch date, as this is when we are able to make a claim that the item is lost. |
