A: Our stones originate from mines in Africa, China and
Kampuchea. After being mined out, these stones are
shipped to China, where they are hand carved to give you
uniquely shaped and sized stones. Our items are 100%
accurate to their description: all items are genuine,
not knock-offs.

Q: Where are your factories located?
A: Our main factory is located in China. Workers
hand-carve each stone to give them an unique shape and
size. On the other hand, those jewelry is shaped by
machines, therefore giving them near-perfect identical
shape and size.

Q: Why are your prices so low??
A: With our unique and 1-station supply chain, we are
able to significantly reduce costs by cutting out the
"middle-men" and by providing jewelry straight out from
our factories. Because we are internet based only, we do

Q: Why does your .925 sterling silver look
so dull?
A: .925 sterling silver is naturally dull. The reason
why most .925 silver that you find shine more than some
of our silver is due to the addition of a coating. This
is what gives sterling silver a very shiny look. Some of
our items have this coating as well. Unfortunately, some
people may find this substance to be irritating to the
skin, thus resulting in itchy skin and rashes. That is
why we also sell natural, uncoated sterling silver for
the comfort and preference of our customers.
