If your item (UK BIDDER ONLY) has a postage cost of over £12 I normally use a private carrier incl. full online tracking and insurance up to the value of your item. Make sure everything is OK before you sign, claims received after you signed for the package cannot be followed up.
Packages to the EU over 2KG will always be shipped with online tracking and insurance
I describe my items as good as I can. I provide pictures with my listings, so have a good look at them and ask any questions you like. My items are marked due to scammers who tried to return their own faulty items.
If you are not qualified to fit any offered spare parts or don't know how to use any of my items safely do not bid. You are using all purchases at your own risk, no warrenties are given or are implied.
I always get proof of posting, details of which will be emailed to you if things get lost. I then will file a claim for you with the carrier.
Packages will be packed properly with plenty of padding and bubble wrap which will be reflected in the postage costs.
Packages sent outside the EU will have a customs form attached which identifies the contents as "Amateur Radio - related", no duty should be charged, but that's down to Customs and Excise
If you don't agree with the postage I charge, simply don't bid.
