Are your beds genuine leather?
Yes. Our beds are in top quality genuine leather. We don't offer faux beds (fake) or half-leather beds. If you are comparing our beds, please read the small print of other bed listings as many have fake leather siderails. Only the back of the headboard and internal part of the siderails, base of the headboard and footboard are matching materials. When the mattress is in place, all visible areas are full genuine leather. |

Sorry, no. Due to our excellent prices and feedback (proof of quality), we cannot offer a shop service at these prices. This is why the same beds cost much more on the high street due to shop overheads. |

As soon as payment is cleared if your goods are in stock they will be dispatched on a 3 working day service.
There may be some delays during Bank Holidays and festive seasons.
Payment
We accept debit cards with no surcharge, credit cards carry a 2.5% surcharge. We call every one of our customers personally to take payment so please be patient (especially after weekend sales) as we will have a huge backlog to clear during the early part of the week. At busy times it may take 3 working days for us to contact you for your payment. We no longer accept personal cheques due to the delays these cause to our system. We do not accept PayPal as we personally call every customer to book-in their delivery. Debit and credit cards allow faster processing through our system.
Faulty goods/transit damage: In the rare circumstances a part of the bed may be faulty or become damaged in the delivery process. If this happens, we would require a digital picture of the problem along with the bed size, name and colour. Also we need the batch number which can be found on the box or the underside of the bed's feet. We will then do our best to replace this part with a new one. The faulty/damaged part must be replaced in its original box. We will then arrange collection of that part at a convenient time.
