This pillow can really stay with you for years and can be used for the following periods in your life:

• DURING PREGNANCY

Whether you are petite, medium height or tall, you can pick the most appropriate length of pillow to support both your growing bump and your back, by wedging the pillow betwen your legs. This enables your body to sleep in alignment thus protecting your back and bump.
