Please read below information before you make the purchase

 

 

1. shipping

all items are being shipped direct from Shanghai, China; unless otherwise specified. 

We ship items either through standard air mail (option a.) or express mail (EMS, option b.).  

for option a). Normally, delivery time is about 10~16 days, occasionally it takes a bit longer (mostly due to custom hold-up). And there is no tracking for standard air mail shipping

for option b). Normally, delivery time is about 5~7 days, and tracking number will be provided upon request.  (for shipping purpose only,  a contact phone number is necessary for a smooth delivery)

 

 

2. insurance

All items are well-packed. And we shall not be held responsible for the items lost or damaged in transit, unless the insurance option is taken and paid for

Please understand that due to the nature of international shipping, there is a small percentage of packages lost in transit. And we strongly recommend buyers purchase insurance. 

Insurance is merely 3.0% of the actual mount.  Ex.  if you buy $20 worth of items, the insurance for your purchase would be just $0.6

 

 

 

3. payment


We will only accept paypal payment.  And for protection of both of us.  You need to have a confirmed shipping address if you're in the States, Canada, or U.K. ,  unless you have 20+ positive feedback on ebay.  For other regions,  we strongly recommend that your paypal account is verified.

4. purchase cancellation

An administrative fee of US$5  will be charged for any requests to cancel the purchase. And we also reserve the right for any future action against it.

 

 

5. Duties and taxes


Although we usually mark the items 'gift',  you should still expect to pay any amount charged by the government in your respective country; this includes (and is not limited to) duties and taxes.

 

 

 

6. Return policy

We only accept returns if the item is defective upon receiving, and you have up to 3 days (from date of receipt) to request exchange for a new one. You agree to pay for the return shipping on exchanges and returns. 

Product exchange is our normal policy. We only refunds in exceptional cases.

 

 

Shipment detail: 

We ship 3 times a week (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday),  all orders placed on or after Wednesday will be shipped the next Monday.  Please be aware of this.
