Our Anti-Burst* Birthing Ball is a great tool which you can use during your pregnancy, labour and the postnatal period. It is an excellent alternative to a chair for sitting on and can be a great exercise tool in preparation for labour.
Certain exercises with the ball can help move your baby into the best possible position prior to and/or during labour. By guiding your baby into the correct position will help you have a shorter and easier labour. The ball has many uses, is fun and easy to use.
(*Anti-Burst means that should the Ball ever burst, it will deflate very slowly to avoid any risk of injury. Please be very careful when you buy a birthing ball as many sellers are not selling Anti-Burst models, and can be dangerous if they do burst).

Whats Included
Our balls come with a FREE PUMP, allowing you to inflate the ball easily in your own home. You can also use an air compressor from a garage or any other foot or hand pump. Using an air compressor is the quickest way to inflate the ball and normally fills the ball to be very firm which is best for usage.
As you sit on the ball you should keep your legs open and your feet firmly on the floor. Your hips should be higher than your knees. If not, then you will either need a larger sized ball or more air in the ball.
