We ship items Mon - Fri every week using our reliable and insured courier service Fedex Uk.
We will confirm the dispatch of your item by email on the day of dispatch.
Delivery is then normally next working day after dispatch to the Mainland UK, and within 3 days to offshore and remote locations.
We can NOT guarantee a specific delivery date.
All items MUST be signed for on delivery.
If no one is available when our couriers call they will leave a "calling card" to let you know they have been. This card will contain your consignment information and contact details for your local depot. You can then contact them to arrange a redelivery of your item or collection from their warehouse.
If your item has not arrived within 3 days of the confirmed shipping date (5 days for offshore and remote addresses) please contact us using the contact link above, we can then find the consignment number for your order and chase it up on your behalf.
We can not ship to BFPO addresses, Sorry.
Our standard postage cost is for delivery to the UK Mainland ONLY. This excludes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Scilly, Isle of Man & any offshore destinations. We can deliver to these areas but the cost of delivery will be extra . t.
