We charge a 15% restocking fee on returns (shipping/insurance is non-refundable; any customs fees to accept the return will be deducted). There is no restocking fee for items returned for store credit. If for some reason you are not happy with the item, you have three days to email us from the time of receipt of the item to obtain a return authorization number (RAN). In order to accept the return, we require the item be sent back in original condition with the given RAN. All boxes & paperwork/certificates must be included and sent within 10 days of receipt of the item otherwise we cannot accept the item. We have the right not to accept a return if we believe the item has been used. Items received after 10 days will not be honored for a return.
