Dispatch is NORMALY within one or two working days of receiving your order and confirmed payment but please allow upto 15 days for delivery. We are a small but well established family business and although we normaly dispatch quickly this is not always possible so please remember this when leaving feedback.

Sorry but due to the terms of our lease we do not allow collections from the nursery or warehouse under any circumstances.

Please call us on 01403 750558 and ask for Mark for any further info or email us any time. Best times to call by phone are weekdays between 9am to 1pm otherwise he will be playing with the trees in the arboretum.

If paying by cheque/ postal order please make payable to Hot Plant Company, Warnham Court Gardens, Warnham, W.Sussex, RH12 3RU.

If your order arrives and there is a problem with it or it is damaged then please speak to us first before leaving bad feedback. If your complaint is sent in a polite and sensible maner then you may be surprised how much we will bend over backwards for you. After all its you that keeps us in business.

Returns.

Postage charge of returned items is at buyers own cost unless damaged or faulty. Any items that arrive damaged must be notified to us within 24 hours of receipt. You have the right to return any item for any reason within 7 days of receipt as long as returned unused (again at buyers cost unless damaged or faulty) for a refund. The refund will only be for the the items original cost excluding original postage charge.
