We always charge a restocking fee of £15.

The buyer is to pay all costs for return shipping and handling and is responsible for insuring the item for its safe return.

The item MUST be unused, undamaged and boxed in its original packaging.

The original delivery charge is non-refundable.

Returns must in made in writing in the form of email or letter prior to return being made with a full explanation stating the item fault or reason for return. Please dont return any items without emailed confirmation from us that your notice has been received.If you cancel or return your order, then you will be responsible for returning the items in new condition or alternatively you will be responsible for costs in recovering the goods. Provided the goods remain undamaged, unused and they are in their original packaging, you will receive the credit of the full purchase price of the goods returned less the restocking charge and the delivery costs.

It is your responsibility to notify of any in-correct or damaged goods supplied within 24 hours from delivery.
