Cancelling before you have received your order
You must e-mail us at enquiries@cardsandgifts-direct.co.uk as soon as you have decided to cancel.

If your order has not been despatched it will be cancelled and you will be issued with a full refund.

However, if your order has been despatched you will be liable for return postage costs. When you have received your order you must return the goods in their original condition along with the original invoice to the address below. For your records please obtain a free Certificate of Posting from the Post Office when returning your goods.

A full refund will be issued as soon as the goods are received back at Cards and Gifts Direct.
