This auction is for sylvania 600w grolux bulbs. are being sold as 'used' as they were given to me without their box and I have no way of checking if they work.  However they don't even look as though they have been used.  Even if they have, they have 9,000 operating hours, so there will be masses of life left in them.  Hence the very low starting price.

I understand Sylvania are the most popular horticultural grow light lamp in the UK, and the 600w lamps give outs over 90,000 lumens of specialised plant lighting.

Sylvania Groluxes have an enhanced blue spectrum so can be use in both the vegetative (early) and flowering (blooming) stage, no need to buy metal halides and Son-T-Plus lamps, this bulb can be used throughout the plants life cycle.
